- bulgur (50% water 50% tomato juice from sauce)

Tomato sauce:
- tomatoes (pulps and skin removed)
- tomato stems (only for cooking infusion,
stems are poisonous!)
- rosemary
- olives
- cayenne pepper / black pepper
- salt
Rosemary-lime cubes:
- water
- rosemary
- lime juice / zest
- sugar
- agar
Garnish:
- parmigiano
- sprouts (e.g. - cress, alfalfa, yellow mustard)
