Jesenný rebarborový koláčik


Na tento úžasný vyzerajúci a chutiaci rebarborový koláčik je treba len múku podľa vlastného výberu, kypriaci prášok, karobový syrup, vajcia, mlieko a roztopené maslo. Do cesta je potrebné pridať perníkové korenie, nastrúhaný zázvor, vanilkový cukor a vanilkovú arómu. Vyliať do vymastenej formy. Posypať nasekanou rebarborou a nasekanými mandľami. Piecť na cca. 160° C približne 20 minút.

Autumn pumpkin soup


Pumpkin soup is one of the easiest soups for me to prepare. You just have to chop one onion and pumpkin (not necessarily to small pieces, seeds removed) and cook it with some butter, then add little bit of water and let it stew. And if you don´t know what to do with yourself, be creative and start to look for the ingredients in your kitchen such as grated ginger, curry, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, etc.
In this case we used fresh parsley, small piece of apple and bay leafs, which we have removed from the soup before it´s done. When pumpkin is cooked (so it's falling easily apart) take the hand blender and mix it thoroughly to get rid of bigger pumpkin pieces. Prepare your cuttiest bowls or plates, pour some soup in, add some pumpkin, avocado, hemp or olive oil and decorate with parsley (or small leaf of something green&fresh). Do you like croutons? Feel free to throw some on top of your soup , elegantly!

Je jedna z najľahších, pretože si stačí nakrájať cibuľku a tekvicu a dať to dusiť najprv na masle a potom pridať vodu. A keď už od toľkej rozkoše nevieme čo so sebou, začneme pridávať ingrediencie- nakrájaný zázvor, mleté čili, kari korenie, klinček, škoricu, muškátový oriešok a všetko, čo by sa Vám hodilo zo skrine. V tomto prípade je použitý čerstvý petržlen, ale aj bobkový list, ktorý som pred koncom vybrala. Nezaškodí ani kúsok jablka. A keď sa popri pravidelnom ochutnávaní zdá, že by mohla byť ok, zložíme ju z ohňa, posolíme a necháme vychladnúť. Potom vyberieme najkrajšie mištičky, aké sa doma vyskytujú, naberieme do nich polievku, pokvapkáme olivovým/avokádovým/tekvicovým olejom a ako dekoráciu vložíme lístok niečoho čerstvého. Kto nemá problém s chlebom, môže si zapiecť hrianky, pokrájať ich na kocky a elegantne ich vhodiť do polievky.

Summer Limonade / Letná limonáda


Fast, brief and really easy recipe: grate the ginger, put it into small pot, mix it with 2 table spoons of cane sugar, and pour some water ( 1-2 cups). Let it cook with lime wedges, basil leaves (10 leaves), whole cardamon (5 pieces) and pinch of dried sage. 
After boiling, let it chill, strain it through the sieve, pour into glasses, top it with mineral water and decorate with some basil or mint leaves. 
(Feel free to change the proportion of ingredients. This recipe is about how WE like it - a lot of ginger and limes)



Rýchly, stručný a jednoduchý recept: nastrúhať olúpaný zázvor, dať do malého hrnca, zmiešať s cca 2 PL trstinového cukru a zaliať vodou ( 1 - 2 hrnčeky). Nechať variť s nakrájanou limetkou, lístkami bazalky (10 lístkov), celým kardamónom (asi 5 olúpaných semienok) a štipkou sušenej šalvie. Po zovretí nechať vychladnúť, precediť, naliať do pohárov a následne zaliať minerálkou. Ozdobiť a vypiť.

(Ingrediencie dávkujte podľa Vašej chuti. Tento recept je zmesou toho, ako to chutilo nám, čiže veľa zázvoru a limetiek).

Rhubarb- carob cakes /Rebarborovo- karobové koláčiky


Really easy cakes baked in muffin tray with choped rhubarb and carob. The first batch disappeared in 2 hours, so I made another one right away.
Basically, you mix 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of milk with 1/4 cup of liquid coconut oil and 1 cup of flour with 1/2 of cane sugar, 1/2 tea spoon of baking powder and 2- 3 spoons (up to you) of ground carob. Bake it for about 30 minutes and enjoy!


Úplne jednoduché koláčiky upečené vo vymastenej muffinovej forme s nasekanou rebarborou a pridaným karobom. Prvá várka zmizla rýchlo, tak sa urobila táto ďalšia.
V podstate sa tento recept stále opakuje tým, že sa zmiešajú vajcia, mlieko a kokosový olej s múkou, cukrom, kypriacim práškom a karobom. Nechá sa to 30 minút piecť a je to hotové. Delikatesa.

Carob Brownies/ Karobové brownies


Preheat the oven to 175° and bake it for about 30-35 minutes. Before you do so, mix the butter with sugar, add some vanilla and eggs, flour, carob, baking powder and choped nuts. If you feel like playing with the mud, it´s ok, you´re doing it well.
Btw, they´re delicious!


Vyhriať rúru na 175° a piecť asi polhodinu. Čo je ale treba pripraviť predtým, je zmiešať maslo s cukrom, potom pridať vanilku a vajcia, zahustiť zmes múkou, karobom a práškom do pečiva a na záver prisypať nasekané oriešky. Keď budete mať pocit, že sa hráte s blatom, je to ten správny pocit.
Mimochodom, sú úžasné.
