Indonesian coco-peanut summer dish
Chicken breast

- organic virgin coconut oil

Summer Limonade / Letná limonáda
Fast, brief and really easy recipe: grate the ginger, put it into small pot, mix it with 2 table spoons of cane sugar, and pour some water ( 1-2 cups). Let it cook with lime wedges, basil leaves (10 leaves), whole cardamon (5 pieces) and pinch of dried sage.
After boiling, let it chill, strain it through the sieve, pour into glasses, top it with mineral water and decorate with some basil or mint leaves.
(Feel free to change the proportion of ingredients. This recipe is about how WE like it - a lot of ginger and limes)
Rýchly, stručný a jednoduchý recept: nastrúhať olúpaný zázvor, dať do malého hrnca, zmiešať s cca 2 PL trstinového cukru a zaliať vodou ( 1 - 2 hrnčeky). Nechať variť s nakrájanou limetkou, lístkami bazalky (10 lístkov), celým kardamónom (asi 5 olúpaných semienok) a štipkou sušenej šalvie. Po zovretí nechať vychladnúť, precediť, naliať do pohárov a následne zaliať minerálkou. Ozdobiť a vypiť.
(Ingrediencie dávkujte podľa Vašej chuti. Tento recept je zmesou toho, ako to chutilo nám, čiže veľa zázvoru a limetiek).
